My order
You can order directly online at www.systel-international.com. To do this you need:
Add the desired products to your cart
Go to your cart and click on “order”
Log in if you are already registered or fill in the fields if you are a new customer
Click on “save”
Choose your delivery method
Read and tick the box of the general conditions of sale
Choose your payment method
Proceed to payment
You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail.
You can order by phone or meet one of our advisors to study your needs if you wish.
Visit the Contact page of our sites where you will find all the useful information to contact us.
No, Systel products are only available for sale for professionals (breeders, installers).
For some of our products requiring an installer, a quote is required beforehand.
Go to our Quote/Contact page to proceed with your request.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot password?”.
After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change it.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we invite you to contact us by e-mail indicating the number of your order and the modification to be made and we will send you the procedure.
You have the option to request the cancellation of your order until we have shipped it. Send us an email (systel@systel-international.com), mentioning your order number and specifying that you want to cancel your order.
In the event that your order is already settled, we will refund it.
To return a product, send us an email (systel@systel-international.com) with the subject “Return request”, specifying the product(s) to be returned and your order number.
We will send you the return procedure by e-mail. Returned products must be in perfect state of conservation, must be returned in their original packaging. The refund will be made according to the general conditions of sale, or at 80% of the amount paid, the shipping costs remaining at your expense.
If you wish to exchange one or more products of your order, send us an e-mail (systel@systel-international.com) with the subject “Request for exchange” specifying the product(s) to be exchanged and your order number. We will send you the exchange procedure by e-mail.
Your invoice is automatically sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can also find your invoice on the customer area of our website “My account”.
My payment
Various payment methods are available to pay for your order: Credit card / Bank transfer.
You can choose one of these payment methods during the last step of your online order.
All payments made on SYSTEL are secure. The information transmitted during payment passes securely and encrypted. When you pay, the HTTPS protocol is used. Thus, the entry and transfer of your payment data is encrypted (SSL encryption method). We do not store your bank details
Your order will be processed upon receipt and verification of your payment.
By transfer: upon validation of it by our bank.
We do not offer payment facilities.
The information for your transfer will be communicated to you at the time of your payment.
My delivery
It depends on the volume and weight of your package
We only deliver in France.
Delivery times are given as an indication and failure to comply with them will not give rise to order cancellation or payment of damages.
You have the possibility to withdraw the products yourself at your own expense, risks and perils. You must then inform SYSTEL when placing your order. The products will then be deemed delivered when they are made available to you in SYSTEL’s factories, stores or warehouses, or any place designated by SYSTEL. However, in such a case, no price reduction will be granted.
A phone number will be requested when taking your order, and will be transmitted to the carrier. We cannot guarantee that they will contact you before delivery.
Only the carrier controls its delivery schedule, it is not possible to choose its delivery date.
The majority of our carriers send by email a link to directly access this tracking, once your order is shipped.
If the carrier has not been able to hand deliver your order, a notice will be deposited in your mailbox, informing you of the procedure to follow.
Depending on the content of your order, it is possible that we deliver you on pallet. The delivery will then be made by a carrier 19 tons equipped with a tailgate (means of unloading).
The driver can possibly move the pallet a few meters on a hard and smooth floor exclusively (tar or cement).
You must imperatively check the conformity of the products when they are received (condition, absence of defects, number, etc.), in the presence, if necessary, of the carrier; the costs and risks related to the verification of the products are at your expense.
If a product is missing or you receive a wrong product, you must accept the package and contact us with your order number and the problem encountered.
